## Job Description# 8488 - ERP Architect - Oracle* Design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management and OTL modules to meet business needs.* Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.* Lead implementation efforts including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.* Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.* Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.* Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides.* Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.* Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and internal policies.* Proven experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor modules.* Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.* Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM or related modules.* Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.* Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.* 8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementations.* Proven work experience as an Oracle Architect or similar role.* Strong knowledge of Oracle database solutions, including Oracle Database 12c or higher.* Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming and performance tuning.* Experience with Oracle database design, including schema design, indexing, and partitioning.* Familiarity with Oracle data integrations and ETL processes.* Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
