The Systems and Infrastructure team builds and manages world class services and physical infrastructure for Apple software engineers world wide to build, test, and release Apple's software. Responsibilities
Hands-on experience with wired & WiFi networks. Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all physical infrastructure and systems. Build plans to optimize power, cooling, and network resources. Assist with incidents, help identify root cause, create plans and implement mediation. Participate in PagerDuty rotation. Configure and manage global PDU infrastructure. Integrate with monitoring systems to calculate PUE, generate alerts, and create reports. Lead DCIM implementation and adoption. Track assets across multiple locations, reduce asset retrieval time, and maintain 99.99%+ accuracy. Minimum Qualifications
Have 7+ years of experience in large-scale data center hardware deployments, building data centers and directly lead data center relocation projects. BS, BA, or BEng degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrate ability to prioritize effectively, and experience with technical project management. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of users and staff. Strong collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally to resolve complex issues and meet project timelines. Experience developing and reviewing MOPs and SOPs. Work autonomously with minimal direction. Preferred Qualifications

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
