EOI SAP Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities** Collaborate with functional and technical leads on requirements, configuration, integration, and testing activities. **Required Qualifications & Skills** **Education & Certifications** * Proven track record of managing **cross-functional teams** (functional, technical, data, testing, and integration).* Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, Procurement, Analytics).* Customer-focused mindset with sensitivity to cultural context in KSA.* Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for managing dependencies and escalations**Experience** 10–12 years of overall IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years in **SAP implementation projects**. Experience managing end-to-end **SAP S/4HANA or ECC rollout/upgrade projects**. Experience in **scope control, change management, and vendor coordination**. Familiarity with **public sector or large enterprise transformation programs in KSA/GCC** is highly desirable. **Technical & Functional Skills** Knowledge of SAP project lifecycles (Activate methodology). Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, Jira, Confluence, etc.). Familiarity with integration (SAP PI/CPI, APIs), data migration tools, and testing frameworks. Ability to manage project financials (budget tracking, effort variance, invoicing support). **Soft Skills** Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills across technical and business stakeholders. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
