About the Position: We are working with a prominent international law firm that has an immediate need for a real estate finance attorney (lender side experience) to join its Chicago office as a mid to senior level associate. This firm’s real estate practice has a deep bench of resources and attorneys, and has been Chambers-ranked for more than a decade. Highlights: · Top of market compensation · Chambers-ranked practice group · Firm has represented over half of the companies in the Fortune 500 · Firm recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity as a 2024 Top Performer Responsibilities: · Represent financial lending institutions in a variety of real estate transactions · Assist in negotiating, documenting, and closing complex lending transactions for a wide range of assets, including multi-use projects, shopping centers, hotels, and other commercial properties Required Qualifications: · 3 to 8 years of experience with sophisticated real estate lending transactions · Experience or familiarity with balance sheet bank lending work preferred · Excellent academic credentials Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $550,000.
