This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.**About the Role**We’re looking for a methodical and detail-oriented team player to join our Shared Services, Accounts Receivable team as an Accounts Receivable Representative. In this role, you will support a team of six AR Coordinators and be responsible for a variety of day-to-day Accounts Receivable tasks. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, provide internal customer service across departments, and contribute to smooth cash application and reconciliation processes. This position offers an opportunity to build accounting expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with career paths into AR, AP, or Billing.**What You’ll Do*** Perform account reconciliations and account balancing.* Prepare and submit journal entries.* Manage disbursements, direct debit/refund setups in SAP, and process returned payments.* Support cash application processes and pull documentation for audit requests.* Manage on-site receipt of checks: log, identify correct ledger/cost center, and process allocations.* Research unidentified cash receipts and collaborate with business functions to ensure timely resolution.* Provide internal customer service across multiple departments and offshore teams.* Support other duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.**Basic Qualifications*** Strong Microsoft Excel skills.* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations.* Keen attention to detail.* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.**Preferred Qualifications*** College degree preferred, or 1–3 years related experience, or equivalent industry experience.* General fleet business product and service knowledge.* Strong communication skills, able to articulate and collaborate effectively with others.* Mathematical background to support accounting functions.**Location:** Owings Mills The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.**What’s in it for You**
