As a Relationship Manager in Business Banking, you will develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives. You will work with internal service partners to onboard and expand the business portfolio, focusing on small business segments such as Retail, Agriculture, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Wholesale, and Women in Business. Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share. Typically works with clients with basic risk levels and needs, under higher supervision. Acquires, expands, and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Manages credit and non-credit products, analyzing and negotiating documentation. Manages risk and drives quality for clients, identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Focuses on client opportunities, providing insights based on client needs and financial well-being, increasing engagement and loyalty. Builds internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients, leveraging reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities. Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and policies. PNC employees are expected to be customer-focused, managing risks effectively and supporting PNC's risk management framework. Qualifications
Requires relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including a university/college degree and 3+ years of industry experience. Certifications and licenses are desirable but not required. Benefits and accommodations
