Piper Companies is seeking an AI Engineer for a worldwide HealthTech firm. The AI Engineer will build, deploy, and scale the Agentic AI ecosystem across the Digital Health Platform. A successful candidate for the AI Engineer will possess technology experience working within a regulated environment and industry.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy production-ready agentic AI systems using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen
Implement multi-agent orchestration workflows with tool-calling and autonomous decision-making
Design and implement robust RAG pipelines with vector databases and semantic search
Develop prompt engineering strategies, few-shot learning implementations, and fine-tuning workflows
Implement consensus algorithms and multi-LLM validation systems for critical medical device applications
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment, versioning, and rollback strategies
Qualifications
4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with production deployment of Large Language Models
Deep hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and multi-agent systems
Proven RAG implementation experience including vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), embedding models, and semantic search
Strong DevOps and MLOps expertise including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
Proficient in Python with experience in AI/ML libraries (transformers, langchain, llamaindex, pandas, numpy)
Azure cloud expertise with hands-on experience in Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, AKS, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services
Compensation
$140,000 - $185,000
Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and sick leave as required by law
