Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and summarize information on project phases, tasks, durations, resources, and costs.
Contribute to the development of project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments for management review and approval.
Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, business unit functional areas, and project teams to ensure effective coordination and collaboration.
Facilitate communication among project participants, schedule and lead meetings, and drive timely resolution of issues and risks.
Define project deliverables, establish review/approval processes, and specify quality criteria for deliverables assessment.
Define project scope, manage scope changes, and respond to scope-related requests subject to management approval.
Build time estimates, develop project schedules, and address scheduling challenges as they arise.
Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive project plans.
Identify, assess, and recommend alternatives for handling project risks and issues; maintain and execute risk management plans.
Monitor and report project progress across timelines, scope, costs, quality, and risks; escalate concerns and initiate corrective actions as needed.
Remove roadblocks to keep project teams focused and productive.
Prepare and present project status reports for senior leadership.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to document and secure approvals for requirements, scope, milestones, health changes, issues, and risks.
Oversee project security assessments to ensure completeness and approval before Go-Live.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Cyber/Information Security project management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Solid understanding of Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
Good knowledge of business unit products, operations, and dependencies.
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira, and other project management tools.
Experience with Agile methodologies and information security/technology/infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
