We’re looking for a passionate
Golf Coach
to lead and grow our after-school youth programs across Marin & Sonoma. This role blends
hands-on coaching
with
program development
and comes with
guaranteed weekly pay
(even if a class is canceled). Schedule
Core Hours:
Monday–Friday, 12:00–4:30 PM Additional Training:
1-hour sessions as needed on Sundays Compensation
$1,000/week guaranteed
(covers coaching, training, travel time, and gas) Consistent income while still having time for another part-time job Room for growth within the organization What You’ll Do
Coach
1–2 hours of after-school golf classes daily Lead & mentor
other coaches — observe classes, provide feedback, and improve instruction Enhance curriculum
to keep programs fun, consistent, and high-quality Train new staff
(usually 1-hour sessions on Sundays, as needed) Support hiring & onboarding
new coaches Expand programs
into golf course clinics Travel
within Marin and Sonoma What We’re Looking For
Reliable & responsible
— kids and families count on you Great with kids
and enthusiastic about teaching Strong golf skills
(playing or coaching experience) Team player
with a positive attitude Flexible
— able to sub when needed Willing to complete
online training Must pass a
