Our client in Wilmington, DE is seeking an
Information Security Software Engineer
to design, implement, and maintain information security systems, programs, and security-as-code. This role will work closely with architects, developers, and business units to protect sensitive data and minimize cyber risks. 4 Days onsite - No Sponsorship - No Third Parties - Must be local Responsibilities
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure API integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration. Maintain and enhance existing APIs for performance and functionality. Build workflows and pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in API development. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of coding experience in
Python
and
Java . Strong understanding of API design principles. Experience with testing and documentation tools (Postman, Swagger). Familiarity with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT).
