* The HRIS Manager is HR’s HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides administrative and technical support and expertise regarding the Workday HCM modules to assist with HR and related integrated workflows both within HR and the remainder of the University community to ensure seamless operations.* Liaison to OIT to maintain, configure, and optimize HCM modules to meet organizational needs and to support stakeholder uses.* Provide technical support to HR team members. With OIT, evaluate system configurations and troubleshooting to resolve issues that affect HR (and related) Business Processes (BPs), functions, and programs administered and/or supported via Workday.* Develop and maintain HR dashboards and create and maintain regular HR reports, including workforce analytics and compliance documentation for audit or as required (or for best practices).* Working closely with Institutional Effectiveness and Analysis (IEA), perform and assist with data collection, analysis, and review for required reporting to BOG, BOT, CUPA-HR, AAUP, and other agencies or organizations as requested.* With the Training and Development Manager, conduct training sessions for HR staff and/or new employees on HCM features, related business processes, and best practices.* Test system changes and new functionality. Partner with OIT and other areas within the University community for Workday testing,

improvements, and related integrations work, assisting with configurations in Production and participate in any integrations testing and related support needs.* Continuously review data integrity, Identify trends in data problems, and troubleshoot to resolve data issues.
