Education & Experience:
Ph.D. in
Plasma Physics ,
Electrical Engineering , or a related field with a focus on
RF plasma systems Minimum
5 years of industry experience
in the
semiconductor sector , specifically in
plasma cleaning ,
PEALD (Plasma-Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition) ,
plasma etching , and
remote plasma source (RPS)
technologies Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of
low-pressure RF plasma systems , including
ICP ,
CCP , and
microwave plasma sources Hands-on experience with
remote plasma source design , integration, and optimization for
chamber cleaning
or
surface modification Strong understanding of
PEALD process mechanisms , plasma-surface interactions, and precursor/plasma chemistry Proficiency in
RF matching networks ,
impedance tuning , and
high-frequency circuit design Familiarity with
plasma diagnostics
(e.g., Langmuir probes, OES, VI probes) and
simulation tools
(e.g., COMSOL, HFSS, CST) Skills & Capabilities: Proven ability to lead
cross-disciplinary projects
involving RF hardware, plasma process development, and system integration Strong analytical skills with a track record of
innovative solutions
in plasma source design or process optimization Excellent communication skills for
technical documentation ,
cross-functional collaboration , and
customer-facing discussions Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
semiconductor process equipment
(etch, clean, ALD tools) Familiarity with
plasma-material interactions
in advanced node technologies Publications or patents in
plasma source design ,
