Join the team and become part of our family!## Senior IT Project Manager – Infrastructure**Location:** Hybrid 3 days a week in Mequon, WI### ### Lead the Projects That Shape Our FutureCharter Manufacturing is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Project Manager** to drive large-scale digital initiatives that transform how we operate, innovate, and grow. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate across business units to lead complex technology and business projects—from ERP implementations to strategic upgrades—ensuring alignment with Charter’s long-term goals.You’ll be more than a taskmaster—you’ll be a strategic partner, a servant leader, and a change agent who inspires teams, influences stakeholders, and delivers results.### What You’ll Do* Lead cross-functional projects tied to strategic priorities and digital transformation* Define project scope, success criteria, and execution plans in partnership with digital leadership* Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships across diverse technologies (ERP, Web, Infrastructure, Middleware)* Deliver high-level status updates to sponsors and steering committees* Adapt leadership style to engage stakeholders at all levels—from frontline teams to executives* Mentor and coach project teams to build stronger, more effective collaboration* Conduct postmortems and share lessons learned to continuously improve delivery* Educate stakeholders on Charter’s project methodologies and best practices### Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree* 5+ years managing large business and technology projects (system implementations, strategic initiatives, etc.)* Proven success with both waterfall and agile methodologies* Experience delivering projects across multiple business functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance)* Familiarity with a range of technologies: ERP, Web, Middleware, Upgrades, Infrastructure* Skilled in project management tools (Clarity, MS Project, Jira, etc.)* Strong communication and leadership skills across all levels of the organization* Ability to influence without authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments* Business and financial acumen with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills* Servant leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities### Preferred Qualifications* MBA or related advanced degree* 7+ years managing large-scale business and technology projects* 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment* Experience across diverse industries and organizational sizes* Background in digital transformation initiatives* Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder groups* Scrum Master experience* PMP certificationAt Charter Manufacturing, we’re building the future of manufacturing through digital innovation.
