As a Sr. Engineer, Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our Marketing Technology ecosystem—designing, developing, and optimizing systems that power personalized customer experiences. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and platforms to support marketing operations and data-driven decision-making.

Technical Expertise
SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) : Hands-on experience supporting operations and campaign execution.
Data Scripting : Proficiency in
SQL
and
Python
for data manipulation and automation.
Data Storage : Familiarity with
AWS S3
and
Snowflake
for scalable data solutions.
Data Platforms : Exposure to
Databricks ,
Snowflake , and other modern data ecosystems.
File Transfer Processes : Understanding of secure and efficient data movement.
AWS Services : Working knowledge of
EC2 ,
VPC ,
EBS/EFS ,
Lambda , and more.
Programming & Development Proficiency in one or more languages:
Java ,
C++ ,
Python ,
JavaScript
Solid grasp of the
software development lifecycle
Ability to solve moderately complex business and technical challenges
Comfortable working in a
team-first
environment
Bonus Points Experience in the
insurance or financial services
industry
Passion for marketing technology and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities: Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards and best practices.
Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure our data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities.
Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
Manages project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
Education and Experience: Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree. Two or more years of analysis and technology experience. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Proven ability to tackle moderately sophisticated business and development problems. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
