Sales Enablement & Deal Desk
Establish and lead Deal Desk as the hub for deal structuring, pricing, contracting, and execution. Build and own playbooks for RFP responses, proposals, and enterprise deal execution. Partner with Sales to develop compelling business cases and ROI models for customers. Coordinate cross-functional input (Sales, Delivery, Product, Customer Success, Legal, Finance) to deliver fast, high-quality deal responses. Own HubSpot CRM—ensure adoption, accuracy, automation, and pipeline visibility. Identify and remove friction in the sales cycle to maximize pipeline efficiency and improve velocity.
Operating Model & Cadence
Design and run the Growth operating rhythm—forums, cadences, and decision-making structures that align leadership around goals and blockers. Translate Growth priorities into clear execution across Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and the Executive Team. Build dashboards and reporting that provide real-time visibility into forecast accuracy, revenue health, and pipeline performance.
Growth Strategy & Insights
Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership. Develop frameworks and playbooks that scale enterprise account execution. Ensure field insights are captured and turned into actionable priorities for Product and Delivery.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the Growth voice in leadership forums, ensuring customer and market insights shape strategy. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and the Executive Team to ensure industry-leading delivery at scale. Drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across functions.
Experience & Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications: 8+ years in Growth Ops, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, or Strategy roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise AI. Proven ability to build and scale GTM operating models. Deep experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar), including reporting, automation, and workflow design. Demonstrated experience leading Deal Desk functions: RFP management, business case development, pricing/contracting frameworks. Analytical: Skilled at diagnosing bottlenecks and building frameworks to solve them. Strategic: Able to zoom out to see the big picture while executing on critical details. Communicator: Clear, confident, and persuasive across exec teams and operators. Culture Fit: Full-stack ownership, clarity in chaos, urgency with precision, and final-mile execution. Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Experience in healthcare SaaS, AI, or data-driven platforms. Prior leadership of enterprise sales enablement or Deal Desk functions in scaling organizations.
