Role Overview
A brand ambassador to reflect brand image to boutique clients. Attain desired results through proactive and effective use of resources, retail and CRM tools. Prepare business analysis and action plans to achieve sales targets. Assist the boutique manager in his/her role and the Boutique’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
SALES
Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy
Regularly analyze and support business opportunities, confirmed sales with Boutique Manager, to further refine future sales projections.
Lead sales team by building action plans to achieve boutique targets through elevated client experiences, sales presentations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Support the boutique manager in exceeding boutique budgets in line with brand retail strategy
Lead sales team/support the boutique manager with implementing HQ guidelines
Support the preparation and delivery of monthly boutique meetings and follow-up actions.
Analyze each boutique visit with sales team members and develop action plans for conversion/retention.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of the boutique manager
Identify and communicate training needs for boutique staff
Ensure monthly staff programs are planned and communicated
Support onboarding and training of new and existing team members
Monitor staff appearance and behavior according to company and boutique policies
STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Ensure compliance with Richemont and brand policies and audits
Oversee stocktaking and quality control processes
Implement measures to prevent stock discrepancies
Lead monthly reporting and maintenance of boutique facilities
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & CRM ACTIVITIES
Support delivery of Lange’s selling ceremony
Foster a positive, confident atmosphere in the boutique
Build genuine relationships with customers
Qualifications
‘Can-do’ attitude with understanding of luxury retail operations
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years in luxury retail management with direct reports
Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills
Initiative, conscientiousness, and follow-through
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP preferred
Secondary language skills a plus
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Richemont offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and wellness programs. Salary range: $75K - $85K, bonus, and commissions. Salary depends on skills and experience.
