Job Purpose At Unilever Food Solutions, we are all chefs. The way we add value to our customers in the foodservice industry is through value-added creativity and long-term service and support. This customer development role is designed to create and add shared value to Unilever Food Solutions and one of the biggest foodservice customers/partners in the world – Sysco Foodservice. A successful partnership here will open vast reach to foodservice operators across North America.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be As the Unilever Food Solutions Team Lead for Sysco, you will develop the joint business planning strategy and implement all key business drivers from that plan. You will add value to the customer using culinary, eCommerce, Sustainability and Marketing resources. You will lead forecasting for the UFS volume sold into Sysco and ensure we provide the optimal service levels. You will coordinate with local sales teams and provide operator leads from both HQ and OpCo contacts. You will be a brand ambassador and elevate the presence of UFS brands through all levels of Sysco leadership, accelerating Savory/Scratch Cooking growth initiatives. As a senior member of the Customer Development Leadership team in the US, you will also lead business initiatives that improve our daily ways of working. You thrive under pressure and can identify constructive paths forward between the two companies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years’ experience in the Foodservice Industry
5+ years Sales and/or Marketing Leadership experience within foodservice
Senior Management networking experience within a large multi-layered organization
Senior level, multi-variable customer negotiation experience
Successful experiences Joint Business Planning with multi-million dollar customers
Vast and detailed understanding of Sysco foodservice and their ways of working
Ability to indirectly mobilize sales team to both hunt and farm for new business
Experience selling branded food categories
Excellent communication and follow-up skills across the organization
Accountability to deliver KPIs and team goals
Integrated Business Planning experience with multi-year plans and implementations
Consumer/Operator Understanding & Passion

Compensation and Benefits Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to skills, experience, and education.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan, including health insurance, retirement savings, life insurance, disability, parental leave, paid vacation and holidays, and other voluntary benefits.
