What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
Minimum 7 years’ experience
managing HHWY/Heavy Civil projects
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Deep understanding of cost control, field coordination, and quality management
What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle project management on heavy civil construction projects
Coordinate site assessments and project planning
Oversee subcontractors and in-house crews to deliver high-quality results
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Manage budgets, schedules, project billings, and closeout processes
