Job Description
The VP of Business Development must be comfortable with prospecting, qualifying inbound leads and cold leads, and driving outbound efforts through networking, referrals, and industry events, and running the full sales process.
The role focuses on developing relationships and closing business with Managing Partners and Financial Decision Makers at Private Equity and Investment Banking Firms.
Leverage and partner with various practice leaders and subject matter experts to build a win strategy for each account as the book of business grows.
Requirements
2-10 years of demonstrated business development success targeting the Private Equity or Investment Banking community.
Ideal candidates will have previous financing, leasing or credit experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
Location This is a Hybrid work environment where candidates must be based in New York City, NY and willing to travel within the city to meet clients at various on-site and networking events.
Compensation Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Total Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
