Senior Logistics Analyst - Matterport CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. This role supports Matterport within the CoStar Group and is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Logistics Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will analyze, coordinate, and optimize the movement and storage of goods across domestic and international supply chains. This role requires hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, advanced Excel skills, inventory management, 3PL coordination, and export/import compliance.

Work hours: Sunday to Thursday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm Pacific Time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations through NetSuite ERP, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.

Coordinate with 3PL partners for warehousing, distribution, inventory control, and transportation services.

Analyze logistics and inventory data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Oversee inventory accuracy in NetSuite and 3PL systems by reconciling discrepancies and ensuring proper stock levels.

Support and lead cycle counts and inventory audits, working with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Prepare and maintain documentation required for international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, and customs declarations.

Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, Incoterms, and company policies related to imports and exports.

Track and report on key logistics and inventory KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, stock accuracy, and freight cost analysis.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Monitor and manage logistics compliance, including HTS classification, country of origin, and incoterms.

Assist in logistics and inventory-related system improvements or process automation initiatives within NetSuite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience, preferably in a global or multi-warehouse environment.

Ability to work Sunday – Thursday 1:00pm to 9:00pm PST.

Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, especially in logistics and inventory management modules.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, charts, data analysis).

Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

Solid understanding of international shipping, customs clearance, export/import documentation, and Incoterms.

Proven experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and audit processes.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities.

Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin is required for this role.

Salary range: $77,000 - $129,000, determined by relevant skills and experience. This position is eligible for a generous benefits plan. We welcome all qualified candidates who are eligible to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
