We are seeking a

Technical Project Manager

to lead the implementation of software projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and technical expertise to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in databases, cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, and system architecture, with a proven track record of managing IT projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT software projects. Evaluate RFPs and vendor proposals, assessing for risks and compliance. Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and budget. Create and maintain project documentation (RACI, RAID, WBS, etc.). Anticipate risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively. Communicate project expectations, progress, and escalations across all organizational levels. Build and maintain strong client, stakeholder, and vendor relationships. Provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with security and architecture standards. Support project implementation and assist with system administration and audit reporting as needed. Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, ITSM). Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure, networking, Active Directory, and cloud technologies. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills. Financial acumen in budget management and cost control. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience. Hands-on technical experience with Oracle databases and system architecture is a plus. Why Join Us?
