564130### Job TitleAmazon E-Commerce Manager - Activation, Personal Health (Stamford, CT)### Job Description**Amazon E-Commerce Manager - Activation, Personal Health (Stamford, CT)**This role is responsible to bring to life a tailor-made Amazon ecosystem strategy & plan for the Personal Health US business to achieve our vision and goals. By working closely with our Regional Business Unit, MarComm, Amazon Sales and Agency team, this role is responsible for creating a successful Amazon end to end strategy, media plan & to oversee execution of media & content to achieve a best-in-class consumer experience.**Your role:*** Translate business briefs into a media activation brief and work closely with our agency and partners to bring a robust full year Amazon media plan to life within the Amazon ecosystem to grow our category, build Brand Strength and improve consumer purchase intent.* Play a pivotal role in coordinating and articulating the work between cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Marketing Communications (Marcomm), external agencies, owned properties, Consumer and Shopper Insights team, Sales & Marketing teams and our Global Marketing and Sales Center of Excellence.* Lead internal /external stakeholders to create & implement the Personal Health US Amazon 360 strategy (including organic impact). Deliver robust & clear presentations to senior stakeholders on the performance of the Amazon ecosystem.* Own the development of media plans & delivering media targets that are in line with overall business and sales objectives (including high-velocity events). Oversee execution of all media plans & content for Amazon including performance management of media plans against business and sales objectives, and translating finalized media plans into sales volume impact and/or forecast.* Leverage data & insights to adjust current Amazon strategy / media plan to deliver growth on Amazon Market Share, Share of Voice and/or Sales objectives.**You're the right fit if:*** You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in areas such as Media planning, eCommerce, Online Content Strategy. Amazon media experience mandatory; preferably with experience across Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).* Your skills include:

+ An excellent understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and how to create demand generation while delivering on sales targets.

+ Experience with both US and Canada markets (a plus).

+ Digitally savvy (media trends, influencers, test & learn mindset, etc.)

+ A data-driven mindset and agility to act on a complex set of data points to optimize for business objectives.

+ Exceptional understanding of media full funnel activation, metrics and impact of plans in distinct phases into overall brand strength. Agility to pivot quickly, when necessary, based on new data sets.* You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .* You have the ability to influence and build strong working relationships, work at a fast pace, and have excellent presentation and communication skills.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
