For more information, please The DC services GTM expert will drive net-new expansion revenue for Sprouts data center services portfolio, acting as a high-impact overlay to our Account Executive and Account Management teams. You will be the subject matter expert in identifying, designing, and positioning service-led solutions that complement Sprouts existing IT asset disposition, logistics, and lifecycle offerings for hyperscaler and enterprise customers. As a quota-carrying individual contributor and a member of the senior leadership team, your success will come from a combination of strategic account penetration, consultative solution design, and your ability to engage credibly with C-suite, data center operations, procurement, and engineering stakeholders at the largest and most sophisticated technology users in the world. Responsibilities
Quota Ownership & Sales Execution Own and exceed an annual services sales quota. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand Sprouts services footprint within existing accounts and capture net-new opportunities. Actively partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and channel partners (e.g., VARs, MSPs) to co-sell and attach services to new opportunities. Solutioning & Technical Credibility Lead discovery sessions with hyperscaler and enterprise clients to understand their data center environments, refresh cycles, and operational pain points. Design tailored services proposals, including self-supported maintenance, decommissioning, relocation, secure logistics, data destruction, refurbishment, redeployment, and ESG-aligned recycling. Serve as the face of the service in high-stakes customer meetings, providing subject matter expertise on operational execution, quality and compliance, and ROI. Pipeline Generation & Deal Acceleration Proactively identify whitespace in Sprouts top accounts and develop pursuit plans to capture incremental wallet share. Build relationships with procurement, data center engineering, and IT leadership to influence service adoption during refresh and migration events. Leverage market knowledge to create compelling business cases for adopting Sprouts services as part of large-scale hardware refresh, decommissioning, or migration projects. Thought Leadership & Market Presence Act as Sprouts data center services evangelist at industry events, client briefings, and executive presentations. Maintain deep knowledge of trends in hyperscale, enterprise private cloud, colocation, and AI-driven infrastructure refresh cycles. Provide feedback to product and operations teams on evolving customer requirements to inform service innovation. Qualifications
15+ years in a quota-carrying sales or business development role within data center services, IT infrastructure solutions, or related technical services. Proven success selling into hyperscalers, enterprise cloud operators, or large-scale private data center operators. Demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas in a consultative, services-led sales motion. Technical & Market Knowledge Strong understanding of data center decommissioning, secure logistics, ITAD, hardware lifecycle management, and ESG-aligned disposal/redeployment. Ability to translate complex technical processes into compelling business outcomes for executive decision makers. Skills Exceptional executive presence and communication skills. Strong solution-selling and value-based selling skills. Adept at orchestrating cross-functional resources in support of large, complex deals.
