Reporting to the Vice President, Community Impact & Systems Change, the Community Impact Operations Manager is a key program strategy and operations role on the team, supporting planning, seamless execution of program implementation, alignment across stakeholders, team cohesion, and administrative activities of the program team. The Manager organizes the program leadership team with routine and semi-routine strategic and administrative activities in multiple planning and programmatic implementation phases; program staff and broader external partner engagement; research, summary reports, and analysis. This position provides regular analysis of various data to inform, assist and make recommendations to the Vice President on: execution of quarterly and annual program goals across regional, statewide and national influence work opportunities and challenges to consider in the philanthropic and nonprofit sector, especially in core issue areas – economic mobility, housing security, educational equity and climate action operational challenges and program team dynamics departmental expenditures policies and procedures compliance The individual will set program leadership and team agendas, draft correspondence, prepare meeting summaries and presentations for senior and executive leadership teams and governance members, and communicate with grantees and other external partners. The Manager monitors the program team’s work plans and scorecards, coordinates team meetings, supports special events, and provides administrative support to the VP and director team. The position requires adaptiveness; effective communication; research, analytical, and data synthesis skills; strong planning and organizing; a proactive approach to multi-tasking, and teamwork to manage goals and execute tasks and projects. This position requires discretion, thoughtful and transparent communications, and stakeholder engagement, including governance members, staff, grantees, and community partners.
