Responsibilities
Build exceptional customer relationships and market to gain new customers.
Review accounts for accuracy and needed updates; fund loans; handle collections and customer acquisitions.
Work closely with and support others in a positive, team environment to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain a clean and professional office environment and safeguard company monies and property.
Assist in managing P&L and adhere to all company policies, procedures, creed, and applicable laws.
Stay up to date on company trainings and industry regulations; call and document communications with past, present, and future customers.
Educate customers on the terms and conditions of contracts; follow instructions and respond to management direction; report for work on time as scheduled.
Qualifications Experience in the industry is welcome but not necessary. You will gain relevant experience, and you should possess the following skills:
Math skills: ability to count money.
Social skills: ability to engage and interact professionally.
Problem-solving skills: ability to negotiate payment terms.
Communication skills: flexibility to work with different personalities.
Computer skills: ability to use computer programs required to process day-to-day transactions.
Clerical skills: ability to file folders, answer phones, scan and copy paperwork.
Organization skills: ability to utilize filing systems.
Other Requirements Must be 18, have a valid driver\'s license, dependable vehicle, eligible to work in the USA, and able to successfully complete all post-offer screens, including a criminal background check, MVR, and reference checks. We are an equal opportunity employer.
