Plant Manager for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc., Hollister, CA. Operate in a chemical manufacturing environment in high purity semiconductor chemicals. Lead plant operations, laboratory, planning, maintenance, and production engineering teams, and work with cross functional teams to ensure site objectives are met or exceeded. Oversees the following individuals: Engineering Manager; Lab Manager; Planning Manager; Operations Manager; Maintenance Manager; and EHS Manager FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A. fuels innovation in the semiconductor industry—where chemistry meets technology. Provide site leadership for EHS programs and sustainability efforts to maintain compliance and continuous improvement and ensure all activities are performed safely. Lead and develop plant staff by setting clear objectives and provide training, coaching and support for staff to achieve their career objectives. Develop and execute a multi-year plant investment plan meeting safety, quality, business, and customer needs. Participate in and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. Coordinate communication and interactions with governmental agencies, including requests for information, investigation, inspection, and enforcement activities. Develop KPIs and metrics to meet team and company objectives. Utilize cost management and maintenance management systems including SAP and MRP. Utilize Management of Change processes for semiconductor companies. Apply SPC processes and structured problem-solving techniques including 8D, Model Based Problem Solving, or other root cause analysis tools. Employ safety regulations, including Process Safety Management and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Manage plant site activity and supervise management team with direct reports. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, or closely related engineering field and eight (8) years of experience in position offered or related position. Must have experience in a chemical manufacturing environment in high purity semiconductor chemicals utilizing cost management and maintenance management systems including SAP and MRP; utilizing Management of Change processes for semiconductor companies; applying SPC processes and structured problem-solving techniques including 8D, Model Based Problem Solving, or other root cause analysis tools; employing safety regulations, including Process Safety Management and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001); and must also have experience in plant/site management and supervising management teams with direct reports.
