Job Summary
– Leads the global execution of GSC\u2019s EHS Environment strategy and execution for the CP E2E Supply Chain, with primary focus on environmental programs — compliance, standards, performance and ownership of the waste reduction and zero waste to landfill programs. Acts as GSC\u2019s SME for environmental-related actions, targets, as well as regulatory and EHS compliance programs. Main Responsibilities
Lead global Environmental Compliance programs: Environmental Standards, Audit Protocols, Regulatory In partnership w/Legal, support sites on regulatory inspections, notices of violations (NOVs), response Develop and lead environmental training execution to enhance global capabilities Support global EHS Division and Site management teams with Environmental data collection and reporting in partnership with EHS Data Team and Global Sustainability Team, and verifies data integrity, accuracy Lead maintenance of Environment and Sustainability related EHS Standards Ensure global sites enter data into GSC\u2019s global environmental data system - addresses any data anomalies w/EHS digital systems\u2019 leader Coordinate schedule with other functional groups to avoid overlap - FP\u0026R, Finance, Quality, PLC, etc. Participates in external EHS audit consortiums to identify best practices and learning opportunities to optimize and improve the program Qualifications
Required qualifications BS Engineering, Env. Science, Science, Technology, Sustainability Management 7-10 years experience in Environment, Sustainability and/or Manufacturing Technical experience with environmental regulations and permitting Knowledge of: True Zero Waste, Data Mgmt, Supply Chain Preferred Qualifications Colgate Palmolive Environmental Health and Safety Standards and Guidelines Experience working w/ 3rd party vendors Experience leading large complex initiatives with global teams and task forces Master’s degree in related field Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $134,800 - $168,500 USD Compensation and Benefits Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee\'s hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
