We’re seeking an experienced, strategic
Manager/ Senior Manager of Domestic Logistics
to join our growing Operations team. This leader will oversee all aspects of domestic logistics and fulfillment across our brands, with a strong focus on 3PL performance, warehouse operations, and full-cycle logistics strategy. This role will report to the VP of Operations and play a key part in scaling a unified, efficient supply chain that supports both operational goals and an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Strategic Insights
Use data-driven insights to support strategic planning, execution, and ongoing operations across brands. Establish and refine KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Develop performance dashboards and executive-ready reports to guide cross-functional decision-making. Help create an agile and flexible supply chain that can quickly scale and pivot based on upstream disruption and changes in customer needs. 3PL Oversight & Fulfillment Operations
Own the fulfillment P&L, aligning warehouse operations with company cost targets and broader strategic goals. Monitor and report on 3PL warehouse KPIs including inbound/outbound projections, service levels, order accuracy, and shipping timelines. Oversee logistics for both in-stock and made-to-order products across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels. Conduct regular on-site 3PL audits to drive improvements in operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality. Ensure compliance and timely execution across all fulfillment channels. Full-Cycle Logistics & Reverse Logistics
Manage the end-to-end logistics process including returns, exchanges, and damaged goods workflows. Partner with Product Integrity, Design, and Client Experience teams to improve packaging, shipping methods, and last-mile delivery strategies. Act as the voice of the customer in all supply chain operations, championing a seamless delivery experience. Systems, Technology & Process Optimization
Leverage platforms like
NetSuite, Manhattan, Shopify , and internal tools to streamline fulfillment processes and reduce errors. Manage system integrations and troubleshoot operational issues related to logistics tech stacks. Translate operational needs into product/engineering requirements for new channels and product categories. Who You Are
7+ years
of experience in domestic logistics and supply chain management, including
2+ years in a leadership role . Proven ability to lead 3PL relationships and scale logistics operations in a high-growth, consumer-focused environment. Deep knowledge of domestic transportation networks, regulations, and logistics best practices. Proficient in
NetSuite (ERP)
and Excel; experience with
Looker
and additional analytics tools is a plus. Background in inventory modeling, demand forecasting, and warehouse reporting. Strong cross-functional collaborator and relationship-builder across Product, Finance, Design, and Customer Experience teams. Clear communicator and effective problem solver who can turn data into actionable strategies. Familiarity with packaging and sustainability trends in reverse logistics and fulfillment. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. Established network of logistics vendors and deep understanding of their performance levers is highly desirable. This is a full‑time exempt position based in the United States. The role will be hybrid at least 4 days per week from our office in Denver. The targeted compensation range for this position is
$100,000 – $115,000 , dependent upon experience and location.
