Overview The inventory analyst is responsible for the management of the inventory related actions throughout the warehouse and other areas of operations. The inventory analyst will coach and train to achieve best in class accuracy and practices for warehouse operations.
Position Responsibilities
Cycle count warehouse location and completing corrective actions in EWM.
Complete daily and weekly material availability reporting based on demand and scheduling.
Shipment auditing for correctness.
Lead label control process implementation and auditing.
Production validation, daily and weekly.
Maintain a high level of interaction with all associates.
Adheare to company policies.
Maintain a continuous improvement philosophy.
Coach, mentor, and train indirect reports on all warehouse procedures and policies.
Reports out daily to senior plant level leadership on Business unit performance.
Lead the team to assure the integrity of the inventory and assist in conducting physical inventories.
Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
Drive QA processes and standard compliance within the warehouse to include customer complaints.
Provide SAP support for all shipping activities.
Follow and adapt to all safety and GMP protocols for operation.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Work Experience Requirements
Experience in a union environment required.
Experience with consumer product goods / retail distribution preferred.
Successful communication - written and verbal.
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task.
Experience with personal computers and materials handling equipment.
Ability to understand, produce reports and recommend/implement corrective actions.
SAP / EWM / TMS systems experience preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations or Administration
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume warehouse
Or 3-5 years warehouse supervision experience

Location of Role The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
