Firm: A trusted firm with close to 60 years of experience providing counsel and representation in a variety of legal matters. Role: We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide strategic legal advice, and manage all phases of litigation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in various legal matters. Responsibilities: Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients on litigation risks and outcomes. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in New York and in good standing with the state bar. 1+ years of experience in litigation.
