Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18.
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
