Sr. Director, Product Management - Associate Experience: Knowledge, Productivity & Collaboration. About the Team: As a Senior Director on the Associate Experience product team, you will lead the mission to connect Capital One Associates with simple, digitally enriched experiences that enhance their work. The goal is to deliver an unparalleled experience for Capital One Associates that mirrors the company’s leadership in customer experience. This role represents customer needs to inform the technology roadmap, ensuring capabilities align with intended business outcomes. You will lead a team of Product Managers to set the Strategy, Vision & Roadmap for the Knowledge, Productivity & Collaboration domain—the tools Capital One Associates use daily. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and empathetic to internal customer needs, and comfortable partnering with senior engineering leaders and other functions to achieve outcomes. Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy:

Lead a team of Product Managers to establish the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Knowledge, Productivity & Collaboration.

Customer Empathy:

Represent internal customer needs to inform the technology roadmap and ensure delivery of business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with senior engineering leaders and a diverse set of functions to achieve outcomes for the customer.

Product Leadership:

Drive the development of tools and experiences that Capital One Associates use to get their work done.

Basic Qualifications

At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management.

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expectation that the degree will be obtained by the start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related).

A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (or an MBA with a quantitative concentration).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon hours worked. Location-specific ranges are: Chicago, IL: $240,300 - $274,300

McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700

New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100

Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. The actual annualized salary will be reflected in the offer letter. This role may be eligible for incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives, depending on the plan.
