KNOWLEDGE MANAGER
The company is seeking mid-level and senior Knowledge Managers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data.
Manage the development of strategies to coordinate an organization’s resources and unite efforts for a healthier and efficient workflow.
Organize the organization's databases, spearhead the KM programs and projects, answer inquiries, process requisitions, and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
Lead and encourage teams to reach organizational goals, while implementing the organization's policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (9 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
Minimum years of related experience:
Mid-level: 3 years of experience
Senior: 7 years of experience
Desired Qualifications
Certification from KM Institute (Certified Knowledge Practitioner (CKPTM), or Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM))
Security Clearance Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
Travel Some travel may be required.
