OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY INCIDENT RESPONSE TECHNICIAN At On-Site Health & Safety, our Health & Safety Incident Response Technicians or Field Technicians explore various skill sets beyond traditional EMT, Paramedic, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or LVN roles. Field Technicians work in a mobile setting, responding in a company-provided vehicle to various worksites, including construction zones, warehouses, refineries, restaurants, and more. Technicians can clock in and out from home, reducing commuting to traditional offices. The company supports employees exploring other areas of interest while gaining experience across disciplines. On-Site Health & Safety has operated since 1996, starting in California and expanding to 20 states. Part Time Night Shift (Fri-Sat 6 PM-6 AM) $24/hour plus $2 night differential Position Qualifications (Minimum)

CA EMT REQUIRED 1 year of experience Education or Experience in EMT, AEMT, Paramedic Current National Registry EMT a plus Must be at least 18 years of age Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy Must have at least a 3-5 year driving history. Driving history can be substituted with documented evidence from certified driving school in defensive and safe driving training. Must have no severe driving record including aggressive driving, DUIs, excessive moving violations Pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with job-specific drug testing/screening policy requirements Additional Position Notes: Field Technicians must articulate instructions clearly Field Technicians must be comfortable with public speaking Field Technicians must be able to stand, walk, sit, and climb stairs for extended periods Field Technicians must be willing and able to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances; in some cases up to 90% of shift Work Location

The company hires in key areas of a major geographical location using a service-area approach. Technicians may work in the extended surrounding area to respond promptly to service requests and live within a service area while choosing a preferred location. On-Site Health & Safety conducts an extensive background check, including a motor vehicle license check. The insurance company and internal safety department review MVR records to determine fleet driving privileges based on risk factors, including prior negative MVR hits. A driver’s driving age/history is also considered. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements to apply. Offers are contingent upon a successful pre-employment background check and drug screen. All new hires may be subject to drug testing in compliance with federally compliant testing where applicable. Some positions may be safety-sensitive and subject to post-accident and random testing. Immunization against hepatitis B is recommended due to possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens or bodily fluids.
