About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service focused Assistant Front Office Manager. The Assistant Front Office Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. This position will also respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction. The annual salary for this position is $56,800- $79,400. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina expects to pay. 2-3 years prior hotel or hospitality experience. Experience managing and leading a team. Experience in high-volume establishments. Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new programs. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management discipline. Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Operate effectively in stressful situations.
