Safety Manager
in
Gaithersburg, MD
supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and fostering a culture of safety. Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility, ensuring OSHA compliance. Conduct daily safety meetings. Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations. Perform daily safety audits and inspections. Oversee all subcontractors and contractors. Write job hazard analyses (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP). Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of direct construction safety experience required. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical safety protocols. OSHA 510 certification required. Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process.
