As a

Senior Research Associate , you will participate in a multi-disciplinary drug discovery team through the design and synthesis of new molecules. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record and a commitment to tackling drug discovery challenges through organic synthesis. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree & 2+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Master's degree & 0+ years of relevant industry experience Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Organic Chemistry with an emphasis on synthetic methodology or total synthesis Strong synthetic skills and a solid knowledge of modern organic synthesis techniques Strong written and oral communication skills Additional Details

The salary range for this position is: $94,945.00 - $122,870.00. Compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The role may also include a discretionary annual bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
