The Water Waste water Superintendent - Greater Boston is responsible for: Oversee daily on-site operations for civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews to meet project milestones and maintain quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client expectations. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan and execute work effectively. Resolve on-site challenges swiftly, including issues related to logistics, resources, and unforeseen obstacles. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and site logs. Lead site meetings and provide clear communication to teams regarding project updates and priorities. The Water Waste water Superintendent - Greater Boston should have: 5+ years of previous experience working with a Civil Contractor Experience as Superintendent on water / wastewater projects is a major preference Proficient in Procore and other construction related software Ability to communicate and be organized What\'s on Offer

The Water Wastewater Superintendent - Greater Boston may receive: Base salary up to $150k (depending on previous experience) Company truck or vehicle allowance ESOP + Profit Sharing Full benefits package offered including health, dental, vision and life 401(k) Opportunity to work a typical 4x work week (4 - 10 hour days)
