We are currently looking for exceptional candidates to fill positions in various categories. Performs inspection, maintenance and repairs on heavy duty vehicles such as trucks, busses and trailers. Performs basic re-design and development efforts for mechanical / structural systems of theme park rides and attractions to provide increased reliability and operational improvements. Provides support to Technical Services – Horticulture, Ride and Show, and Facilities Maintenance departments, as well as other divisions across UO, with all aspects and requirements for tree maintenance, removal and relocation. Shall obtain and hold a MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) card for lane closures and traffic maintenance. Responsible for daily water quality operations to include: water quality parameter testing/verification, lift station/storm water station troubleshooting and sampling, chemical management, mechanical/electrical preventative and corrective maintenance. The Art Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects within the Art & Design department. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including downtime recovery, troubleshooting, fault analysis, redesign projects, obsolete part migration, and the integration of control and mechanical hardware ensuring the seamless operation of Ride & Show systems across all attractions. Responsible for creative and innovative design presentation artwork for special projects produced by Entertainment including but not limited to Halloween Horror Nights, Christmas, Mardi Gras, New Years, Concert Series, and Grand Openings throughout Universal Orlando. Responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance. The position is detail-oriented and requires paint removal, surface preparation and coating applications with a strong focus on rust mitigation. Responsible for overseeing all phases of the assigned Marquee Event program. Universal Kid’s Resort is bringing unbridled creativity through discovery and imagination to Frisco, TX!
