Our hotel offers views of the bay along a waterfront trail, just five minutes from San Francisco Airport. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Minimum 7+ years in food and beverage operations, including hands-on management of independent restaurants, country clubs, hotels and banquet departments. Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize operational budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control. Labor Control & Scheduling Expertise: Skilled in labor forecasting, scheduling, and controlling labor costs while maintaining high service standards. Innovative Leadership: Demonstrated creativity in modernizing and improving restaurant and banquet operations to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency. Track record of successfully managing multiple locations or outlets simultaneously, driving consistent performance and brand standards. Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and compliance regulations. Ability to recruit, train, and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture. Experience using operational metrics and analytics to inform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Schedule: Varied, must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Pay Scale: $95,000 - $110,000 depending on experience. The Benefits

As Senior Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operations and assisting in the direction and organization of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets. Provide consistent support to all staff during peak restaurant hours and banquet events on evenings, weekends and holidays. Plan and direct the staff to meet the daily needs of the operations. Implement effective cost control of food, beverage, labor and other operating expenses. Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel all food & beverage staff in accordance with business needs, productivity, service standards and Hilton's policies and procedures. Conduct daily pre-shifts and monthly F&B meetings to ensure effective communication across the food & beverage team. Regularly review and evaluate customer satisfaction of the individual outlets, including banquets service to recommend/implement necessary changes in an effort of improving guest satisfaction and profitability.
