Principal / Senior Principal Configuration Mgmt. Support Systems Engineer . What You’ll Get To Do : Program/System Level role, member of Configuration Mgmt. team within Directorate of Engineering. Supports the Program/System CM organization, primarily supporting System CM, and some engagement with CM teams within the multiple IPTs/Segments that make up the Program. Basic Qualifications For Principal Configuration Mgmt. Support Systems Engineer : Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university with at least 5 years of experience; 3 years with Master's Degree; OR 1 year with a PhD Progressive experience with the Change Control Board process and supporting Engineering Change Boards and Change Control Boards (CCB’s) Experience with MBSE and Requirements management tools, such as Cameo and DOORS Expertise with Project & Task Management tools: Jira or Confluence Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally inside the organization Experience managing design drawings, engineering changes and design/configuration audits Ability to read and understand drawings of piece parts and structure assemblies Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong executive briefing skills This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen Current Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI and a Polygraph prior to start.
