Job Description:-
Experience: 15+ years in Healthcare Payer / PBM data architecture, with proven leadership of enterprise-scale data modernization and cloud migration programs Overview Drive strategic growth within our payer accounts by leading enterprise data modernization, cloud migration, and analytics initiatives. This client-facing Principal Consultant will combine deep healthcare payer domain expertise with hands-on data architecture, solution design, and program leadership to position Hexaware as a trusted advisor to enterprise data teams and strategic programs. Core responsibilities ct as technical and strategic lead for large, multi-project enterprise data programs; advise C-suite and enterprise data leaders on data strategy and roadmaps. Translate payer business and regulatory priorities (risk adjustment, STAR/HEDIS, Medicaid/Medicare, payment integrity) into pragmatic data solutions. Define and evangelize reference architectures and principles for cloud-native data platforms (Lakehouse, data mesh), metadata, lineage, security, and MDM. rchitect target-state data models and migration approaches for data lake / data warehouse consolidation and cloud migration. Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate vendors to deliver scalable ingestion, transformation, streaming, and reporting solutions for claims, enrollment, provider, clinical, and Rx data. Implement data governance, cataloging, observability, and data quality frameworks; ensure HIPAA/PHI/PII controls and regulatory compliance.
