The successful candidate will have: Analytical thinking Understanding of statistics fundamentals In-depth knowledge of the Hadoop stack (Map reduce, HDFS, Hive, Pig) In-depth knowledge of machine learning methods Experience with scripting languages such as Python Understanding of main statistical methods Understanding of sampling techniques Understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics concepts Business domain experience in one of the following areas: retail, enterprise mobility, healthcare Qualifications
Required qualifications include: B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field Desired qualifications include: M.Sc. / Ph.D degree in related field Additional Information
