This position will be on the Pipeline & Portfolio team and will support Kite’s commercialization efforts for CAR-T, inform the lifecycle management process, and collaborate with key stakeholders to guide product and disease area strategy. In this role, you will participate actively in commercial efforts by providing an objective and detailed understanding of current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors. Key Responsibilities Forecasting: Design & build forecast models, leverage primary and secondary research insights, produce analogues, and conduct forecast scenario analysis. Market Research: Lead projects, coordinating input from cross-functional teams, and manage vendors to determine appropriate research methodology. General: Effectively partner with and communicate to key stakeholder groups to support strategic and tactical decision making. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; OR PhD and 5+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in forecasting and market research within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry. Understanding of the hematology / oncology clinical landscape and the business of cell therapy. Experience in Multiple Myeloma. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.
