IT Support Engineer
to join the growing US IT function of a leading global business. This is a unique opportunity to combine
frontline support

Be the go-to person for IT incidents and service requests, resolving issues across hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity. Manage and deploy endpoints using Intune and Autopilot. Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Active Directory. Support networking and security tools, including Cisco Meraki, Mimecast, and Netskope VPN. Own the hardware lifecycle from imaging to patching and asset management. Contribute to IT projects, process improvements, and root-cause analysis. Partner with global IT to align to ITIL standards and ensure consistent service delivery. What Were Looking For
3+ years of IT support experience spanning helpdesk and desktop engineering. Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Active Directory. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals; CCNA or similar desirable. Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Halo, or ManageEngine. Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The Essentials
Onsite presence required in Detroit, MI. Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend event support. Professional and approachable demeanor in a business-casual environment. Team player with the initiative to see incidents through to resolution.
