Director, NPS Program Strategy & Management (Breast and Women’s Cancers) is located in East Hanover, NJ and will not be remote. This role requires 25-30% travel (domestic and/or international). Summary: The Director, Novartis Patient Support (NPS) for Breast and Women’s Cancers leads product and program strategy to support patient access and ensure program performance. This role oversees end-to-end patient and provider journeys and all NPS programs and services (onboarding, co-pay, adherence, e-services, hub operations, external landscape/monitoring, and evolving market dynamics). The role liaises with multiple NPS Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to drive business performance in collaboration with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

Lead a core cross-functional NPS team focused on ongoing patient support program refinement and measurement for the post-prescription experience, in partnership with Program Data Insights and Analytics Center of Excellence Serve as NPS subject matter expert on Breast and Women’s Cancers; provide inputs to Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence for onboarding, co-pay, adherence, e-services, and hub operations in alignment with product P&L and objectives Drive integration of NPS priorities and program performance with identified product priorities, strategies and KPIs Liaise with NPS Enterprise Intelligence and Insights to capture external benchmarking, global best practices, and coordinate with marketing, sales, reimbursement, and other internal resources Support successful implementation of new NPS services, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational readiness Oversee creation of patient access and reimbursement content with NPS Content Development Center of Excellence to support field execution of Breast and Women’s Cancers programs Collaborate with multiple NPS Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Strategy, Marketing, Market Access, Customer Engagement, Reimbursement, Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Data Analytics, Training) Drive strong business performance in coordination with ED, NPS Breast and Women’s Cancers and Manager, NPS Program Operations Management MS Essential Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree in MPH, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent preferred Experience

7+ years in pharma commercial, healthcare, or consulting, with at least 3 years in patient services space Ability to connect commercial, financial, and clinical perspectives to develop value messages and strategies Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management Proven track record leading cross-functional teams Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of specialty product distribution and service business models Understanding of patient services challenges and opportunities Experience with specialty/buy-and-bill products Oncology experience Home office marketing experience Previous consultant or vendor experience Legal and Benefits

Legal disclaimer/country-specific legal requirement: The pay range at commencement of employment is expected to be between $185,500 and $344,500 per year. Salary ranges may fluctuate during 2025. Final pay determinations depend on factors including location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Total compensation may include a sign-on bonus, RSUs, discretionary awards, and a full range of benefits (including 401(k) and paid time off).
