XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Crane Operator!
Location:
Mainsfield, TX Pay Rate:
$20.00 Hourly Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – Finish
Job Summary The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently inspecting, operating, and maintaining an overhead crane in a precast production plant.
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate an overhead crane to pour concrete into molds and strip concrete pieces weighing in excess of 20 tons
Properly identify forms and products, ensuring safe handling of concrete pieces
Complete and maintain pre-operation checklists and equipment inspections
Clean and maintain equipment regularly
Support production floor operations as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related experience
Willingness to also work as a laborer on the production floor when needed
Excellent depth perception and coordination
Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to determine item weights for lifting
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day
