6 Months contract Responsibilities
Act as a Systems Analyst skilled in .NET development, supporting Information Technology initiatives and production support for Energy Supply Work and Asset Management applications. Work on custom .NET applications such as Facility Ratings and System Reliability, and other related projects. Collaborate on projects following the software development life cycle under the direction of senior team members. Work a hybrid schedule at the Ybor Data Center with a minimum of three days onsite per week after an initial two?week trial period. Proficiently develop with C# .NET v8, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and Visual Studio. Develop and maintain WinForms and WebForms interfaces; work with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS2/3. Work with T?SQL and RESTful web services (Web API); manage code using Git and Azure DevOps. Ensure cross?browser compatibility, perform technical and functional unit testing, and participate in pull request reviews with documentation, gated builds, and code quality checks. Assist in creating and modifying NuGet packages; operate in Agile/Kanban environments; support vendor applications; apply knowledge of UML where applicable. Qualifications
Proficient with current versions of C# .NET v8, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and Visual Studio. Proficient with WinForms and WebForms. Proficient with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS2/3. Proficient with T?SQL. Proficient with creating and consuming RESTful web services (Web API). Proficient with Git and Azure DevOps. Proficient understanding of cross?browser compatibility issues and asynchronous request handling. Experience with unit testing (technical and functional) and creating pull requests with quality gates. Experience in Agile/Kanban environments and supporting vendor applications.
