$73,686.34/yr - $110,529.64/yr Responsibilities
As the Scrum Master Resource Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for: Facilitating all Scrum events Coaching the Scrum Team on the Scrum methodology Helping the Scrum Team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint Working with the team to continually make progress on the project by ensuring each person works on the right tasks, removing obstacles, and protecting the team from distractions Facilitating Retrospectives that lead to actionable improvements Reviewing backlog with product owners Resource planning: determine resources required to meet business requirements, goals, and timeline for assigned projects Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college At least two years’ experience in Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology, Application Design, Application programming, and Project Management Knowledge areas
Agile Principles, Scrum Methodology Facilitation techniques Software Development Lifecycle Application architecture and design principles Project Management concepts and terminology Microsoft software suite of products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, etc.) Successful candidates should demonstrate
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skill in interviewing customers for insight on functionality, interface, problems and/or usability issues Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple activities/tasks in a rapidly changing environment to meet project deadlines Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to work independently and in a team environment consisting of both IT and non-IT coworkers/vendors Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies Work schedule
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties. Deadline to apply
