The Overnight Lodging Auditor plays a crucial role in managing all overnight audit and accounting procedures. Responsibilities include balancing daily revenue reports and reconciling financial transactions, as well as providing exceptional front desk support during the night shift. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Night Auditor Shift runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy first tracks in the morning! Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities: Ensure financial postings for the day are accurate and align with supporting records. Compile and forward all requested reports to the appropriate personnel. Reconcile and close daily credit card accounts and transactions. Extract and analyze data using .csv files and MS Excel spreadsheets. Streamline operations through effective communication between accounting and lodging departments. Demonstrate internet and computer proficiency. Create registration cards and encode keys for incoming arrivals. Provide guest services and satisfy all guest requests presented during the shift.
